I- RECRUITMENT POSITION:
1. Logistics supervision: 02 people
Job description:
– Receive information and plan to exploit export, import, and inventory from customers and related departments.
– Monitor and regulate mining activities to meet the set plan. Guaranteed efficiency and safety.
– Directly handle problems arising in the import and export process.
– Training, assigning, evaluating KPI, work efficiency for employees.
– Coaching and motivating the team towards operational excellence.
– Work directly with customers and suppliers on service quality.
– Using WMS system for monitoring, management and tracking of goods.
– Monitor actual and systematic Inventory
– Monitor and maintain daily 5S&HSSE implementation.
– Advising the head of the department on issues of exploitation, management of goods and resources.
– Prepare and send reports related to exploitation, inventory, customers.
– Other duties as required.
Request:
– Graduated from university or college.
– 2 years of experience in the warehouse field.
– Understanding import and export activities, logistics.
– Planning and decision making skills.
– Ability to manage a team of more than 10 people.
– Skill in fire transmission, team training.
– Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills.

2. Customs declaration staff: 02 people
Job description:
– Contact, answer professional requirements through email, phone for foreign partners and customers.
– Prepare dossiers, sets of documents and carry out declaration procedures for CFS, KNQ goods.
– Do the necessary procedures: Sampling, medical quarantine, plant, transfer of ownership, CO if any.
– Declare fluently on ECUS VNACC VCIS software of all types.
– Carry out customs clearance procedures at the branch, team, scene, shipping company.
– Periodic reports.
– Other duties as required.

– Graduated from university, college
– 6 months experience in similar position
– Good communication skills and ability to persuade.
– Work scientifically and stick to the plan.
– Recognize and handle import and export documents fluently
– Understand documents and decrees related to Vietnam Customs law

– Reading, understanding, exchanging emails in English.
3. Data entry staff: 02 people
Job description:
– Receive and process plans and orders from customers, delivery staff, drivers.
– Perform data entry, processing import and export orders on the WMS system quickly and accurately.
– Prepare, print, compose import and export vouchers, inventory for warehouse keeper.
– Control and store documents according to the correct process.
– Send reports to customers and management.
– Implement 5S daily.
– Other duties as required.
Request:
– Graduated from college.
– Proficient in excel, work, email, pp skills.
– Positive attitude, demanding.
– Teamwork skill.
Willing to work overtime as required by the job.
– Able to communicate in English is an advantage.

4. Warehouse staff (Tally): 06 people
Job description:
– Implement the import and export plan accurately and quickly according to the process.
– Check and assess the condition of the vehicle to return goods according to regulations.
– Arrange the planning of goods in the area under their management.
– Control inventory, inventory periodically.
– Instruct and supervise workers, forwarders to strictly comply with loading and unloading standards according to the company’s regulations.
– Implement 5S & HSSE daily.
– Other duties as required.

Job description:
– Receive transportation plans from customers and related departments
– Implement and monitor transportation plans according to the required leadtime until the plan is completed
– Coordinate and regulate truck loading and unloading activities at the site warehouse area according to the proposed arrangement
– Update information accurately and timely
– Coordinate with departments to handle arising problems
– Guide, request, supervise contractors, transport teams to perform properly safety and security rules of the company.

Job description:

– Arrange goods, pallets, supplies, vehicles, in the right place.
– Check the vehicle at the beginning of the shift, have a log to record it.
– With the technical department to maintain and maintain vehicles according to the process.

– At least 1 year experience in quotation position, 3 years experience in M&R field
– Understand inspection codes

– Take and store damaged images of the container before and after repair.
– Make a report of the damage and make a repair plan.
– Record all repair steps on the container inspection receipt to assist in cost consolidation for customers.

– Grasp cleaning and repair standards.
