Job Description :
- Search and attract domestic and foreign investors to rent land in the non-tariff zone, seaport and Nam Dinh Vu industry.
- Receive information and requests from customers; Contact, introduce, answer and advise on projects for customers.
- Participate in market analysis and business plan development.
- Ability to implement and monitor the implementation of periodic and long-term business plans.
- Develop, propose plans, organize and participate in effective investment promotion programs and events.
- Taking care and developing key customer groups and partners of the Company.
- Developing a database of potential customers and partners for the Company.
Request:
- Foreign Languages: Fluent in English and/or Chinese.
- University graduate or above, majoring in economics.
- Age: from 25-40 years old, male is preferred.
- At least 2 years of working as a B2B project salesman in foreign companies.
- Effective time management.
- Professional knowledge is required, Priority is given to Business, consulting and investment promotion related to real estate, construction in industrial zones.
- Salary: 15,000,000 VND/month + bonus.
