I. General accountant
Quantity: 01 person
Working place: Company headquarters in Hai Phong
1. Job description:
– Receive, check the validity of vouchers and update tax vouchers;
– Monitoring, accounting and allocating expenses;
– Forecasting Revenue – Expense – Profit every month;
– Calculating the cost of goods imported and exported;
– Check the balance between detailed and aggregated data;
– Making monthly and quarterly tax reports;
– Making financial statements, finalization of CIT;
– Provide data to the Board of Directors when required;
– Prepare tax records and explanations when there are competent agencies to check;
– Do other accounting work when assigned;
2. Requirements:
– Graduated from university majoring in business accounting;
– Preferably have 1 year or more experience in general accounting;
– Be responsible at work, honest, careful, creative and flexible in
their professional work;
– Proficient in using office computers, knowing how to use accounting software;
– Clear communication skills, agile, friendly, vivacious, able to withstand high pressure
– Probation period: March

II. Accountant

1. Job description:
– Receive daily receipts and receipts from operational departments.
– Aggregate construction costs, calculate costs, and account for capital construction costs
– Collect debt for each customer and close debt by month.
– Ability to explain data to leaders and tax authorities upon request of
settlement inspection.
– Proficient in using Misa accounting software, office computer skills
2. Requirements:
– At least 2 years of experience as an accountant in the construction industry,
tax accounting.
– Read contract analysis and dissect construction cost estimates in basic construction.
– Salary and other benefits are negotiated directly when consulting.
III. Technical
1. Engineering – field
Quantity: 02 people
Working place: in Hai Phong
– Having expertise in the field of infrastructure construction.
– Wage agreement.
2. Technical – in charge of making internal documents
– Having expertise and experience in making pre-acceptance and payment documents.
– Good use Autocad, Excel, Wold.
