The seaport area has been invested by Sao Do Group and developed according to the concept of “modern seaport” when associated with the Industrial Park and Economic Zone.

- Vessel reception: up to 40,000DWT.
- Total loading and unloading capacity: 20 million tons/year
- Implementation progress: Phase 1 (first quarter of 2018) has put into operation 02 container terminals.

- Power supply: phase 1 capacity 2×63 MVA.
- Water supply: 30,000 m3/day
- Wastewater treatment plant: phase 1 with a capacity of 10,000 m3/day.
- Other utilities: providing seaport services, banks, post offices, on-site customs…
