Job description:

Advising and proposing related work on planning and researching and calculating project investment efficiency.

• Monitor, check and evaluate project implementation progress; advise and propose measures to control and adjust the progress to ensure the feasibility of the plan.
• Research, calculate and evaluate investment efficiency of projects and report to the Board of Directors for investment decision; Advise the Board of Directors on the most effective project investment plan.
• Monitor the general implementation progress of contracts with contractors and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve common problems during contract implementation.
• Participating in other works of the Company when requested by the Board of Directors.

Job description:

• Advising on building the legal document system of the Company;
• Forecasting legal policies and risk management;
• Controlling legal activities of the Company;
• Researching and providing legal advice to the Board of Directors, Board of Directors and departments in the Company’s business activities in accordance with the law;
• Drafting and reviewing the Company’s contracts to ensure the standards and legality; Detecting adverse contents drafted by partners to advise and propose to the Board of Directors the best possible solutions; To assume the prime responsibility for settling disputes arising between the parties (if any);
• Research, draft and build “Sample Contract” for transactions of great value or frequently signed by the Company to submit to management for approval;
• Drafting legal documents and documents related to corporate governance;
• Advising on related administrative procedures during the Company’s operation;
• Explain and guide the application of laws and regulations, internal operating regulations of the Company;
• Support or participate in legal compliance monitoring activities of departments in the Company;
• Update, synthesize and introduce newly issued legal documents that are practically relevant to the Company’s business activities;

Request:

• Graduated from University of Law majoring in economics or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in law practice;
• English : Fluently use skills, especially writing skills;
• Having solid knowledge of Vietnamese law, especially the law on enterprises, business, real estate, construction, bidding, investment, labor;
• Have critical thinking; skills in presenting and interpreting ideas briefly and persuasively;
• Possess effective organizational skills;

Job description:

• Controlling the entire financial system and the implementation of the company’s regulations: Checking the rationality, legality, honesty and caution in the management and administration of business activities and in the organization accounting, statistical and financial reporting.
• Appraisal/review of business reports and financial statements periodically of the Group and its member companies.
• Promulgating internal regulations of the Supervisory Board. Annually, review the Internal Regulations of the Supervisory Board, important policies on accounting and reporting.
• Responsible for matters related to the internal control department.
• Participate in drafting and submitting to the Board of Directors for promulgation of the Group’s internal rules and regulations. Advising the Board of Directors to approve and approve the rules and regulations on operation of member units
• Periodically control the compliance of departments, professional departments, branches and member companies in implementing the Group’s instructions.
• Synthesize, analyze and evaluate problems arising in departments monthly according to functional departments.
• Effectively control the use of budget on each item to be spent by the departments.
• Control permissions.
• System-wide risk management.
• Synthesize, analyze and evaluate the external environment affecting the operation of the Company and the Group.
• Periodically report to the Board of Directors on the Group’s control activities.
