Job Description : 

  1. Research, collect, synthesize and analyze information about the market, customers, competitors, customer trends, product development trends in the field of Real Estate
  2. Participating in investment promotion activities in foreign markets
  3. Building, perfecting and improving marketing materials: profile, credential, brochure, sales kit to ensure attractive, attractive and regularly updated information
  4. Planning and implementing marketing solutions and campaigns; Proposing the development and improvement of direct marketing tools and means suitable for industrial zones
  5. Deploying various types of marketing on social networks, search engines and internet sources
  6. Building, publishing and promoting IP newsletters, regular newsletters, updating project information
  7. Website management, website maintenance and improvement, search engine optimization

Request:

  • Graduated from a regular university, majoring in economics, marketing, or business administration at home or abroad
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position

II: Technical officer of petroleum segment

Job Description : 

  • Appraisal/verification and consideration of technology system design in Basic Design, Technical Design, Construction Drawing Design of Petroleum Projects;
  • Participating in the management/monitoring of the implementation and construction progress of petroleum projects;
  • Implement periodical and ad hoc reporting regimes
  • Management and operation of the petroleum system
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Request:

  • Graduated from University with a major in Refining and Petrochemical Technology
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same field

III: Investment Planning Officer

Job Description : 

A- Investment preparation stage:

  • Participating in developing ideas for implementation, researching, researching, and proposing investment scale and form
  • Prepare and carry out procedures for approving investment policies and agreeing on investment locations
  • Carrying out procedures for registration and issuance of investment certificates for new projects
  • Formulate and request competent state agencies to appraise and approve detailed planning 1/500
  • Preparation of construction investment project (including Project Notes and Basic Design Dossier)
  • Approval of basic design on fire prevention and fighting
  • Participate in the appraisal and approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report
  • Appraisal of basic design, verification for appraisal work (if any)
  • Agreement on connection of technical infrastructure (water supply, drainage, electricity supply, fire protection)
  • Technology appraisal for regulated projects requiring technology appraisal – according to the Law on Science and Technology

Investment management stage:

  • Implement the process and procedures for land allocation / land lease
  • Support functional departments in granting land use right certificates     
  • Approval of fire protection design
  • Appraisal of technical design or BVTC
  • Carry out procedures with competent state agencies on: EIA, fire prevention and fighting, electricity, water, static height, architecture, planning…
  • Carry out the procedures for applying for a building permit         
  • Coordinating construction supervision
  • Acceptance of work by stages and completed works

Request:

  • Graduated from university with full-time major in: Construction economics, construction management from Universities of Transport, Construction, Architecture
  • At least 3 years of experience in planning, investment in investment units, or construction and installation works
  • Ability to handle situations, solve problems and communicate effectively
  • Proficient in office computer skills and related software

Right:
